Gosh! I am really having fun here!
Last night needed to use the Bridge to look at some DNG's clicked on the Bridge icon on my Desktop and it asked for a disk to be inserted. Went to Control panel and looked for the Bridge there......nothing!
Went to Programs/Adobe/CS3/Bridge...nothing there..
Keeps asking for a disk
I am nervous about reinstalling CS3 as I am not sure what that will do to all my plug-in's
Any wisedom on this one please?

| As far as I am aware re-installing will not affect your plugins, but the bridge just can't disappear can it? |

Barry,
Actually no! BUT for all intents and purposes I think it had......
Someone..........a member of my family.....had selected a remote storage address rather than the Desktop....(where the link to the ikon is..)
Srange thing is by changing address to Desktop all of a sudden everything is back in view!
Phew!!!
Plug ins are in a separate folder in program on C Drive so in theory should survive a change, re-install of PS... PER5HAPS,
By this method I have Bridge back on screen, all seems normal, however still cant find Bridge outside of CS3 ( which it is part of)
Confused....well so am I
Cant figure out how it is that by assigning a REMOTE Disk Drive, the entire shebang dissaperars and by selecting Desktop ( where the shortcut is ) Bridge shows as an installed product!!!!!

Good advice!!!
I will stay away from it from now on
My computer guru cant give me an answer either.........but then he says what is happening to my colours exporting out of both CS3 and Bridge cant happen either. I note from your Tutes that your Jpg's look exactly like the PSD's you start from. Where as it looks as if I am using two entirely different Monitors to view the images!!
Cheers,
